Wonderworks Children's Museum
Come with your little ones to check out the new exhibits at the Wonderworks Children’s Museum Playstation. The Playstation offers a new Play and Pretend Deli & Kitchen and the Wonderworks Bernouli Blower, an exhibit that suspends balls in mid air.

Wonderworks museum is a grassroots movement that will take the drive and talents of those that use the Museum to recreate this Gorge resource for our kids.  Do you have ideas for exhibits or decorative arts, want to explore publishing, or not yourself if you can't organize something? The Play Station is located in the UCC Congregational Church at 111 E 5th St, downtown in The Dalles.

Wonderworks Museum is Hiring:  Summer Wonderworks Playstation Staff
 
8-10 Hours per week from June through August.
 
Wonderworks Children's Museum is seeking an outgoing and organized  person to staff the Playstation, a community playroom for children 0-5 and their parents. 
 
Job Description
 
Manage and maintain the Wonderworks Playstation.  Open and staff Playstation during open hours,  currently 9:30am  - 11:30 am Tuesday - Saturday.  Create and execute art and craft projects. Greet visitors, track admissions and memberships.  Keep supplies stocked and organized.  Develop programming.
 
Pay:  Contract $10-$12.50/hour DOE

Wondergym! - Indoor Play for Pre-schoolers

Looking for a place to take your kids to burn off some energy during the bad weather? Come join us Mondays at the Civic Auditorium Gym in The Dalles for some running, jumping, and crazy games guaranteed to get the sillies out. Wonderworks is sponsoring a 5 week session starting Monday March 3 2008 for 1-4 year olds at 9:30 am – 10:30 am. Playstation Members: $25 for the first child and $15 for each additional child. Non-Members: $30 for the first child and $20 for each additional child.
